Well, I actually didn't get to keep the stock, even though I wanted to, because all my jars are full of chicken stock. Sadness. It made some fabulous lengua tacos though!! I have another one on order from my food co-op so when I cook that one maybe I can keep the stock.
I've got one in my freezer, but never thought to make stock out of it! Hm... I cut mine in half since I don't think that I can convince hubs to try it with me unless I try it myself first. :-)
Just tell him it's a pork roast ;) It seriously looks and tastes like it. My hubby is insanely picky and he liked it just fine. We had tacos out of ours but I'm going to try making it more like a roast this time.
I know, but I won't give it away. Blech.
ReplyDeleteSo, how did the stock turn out?
